Once the advert is live we carry out viewings on demand and select suitable tenants for your property. After you have given Haden Properties final approval we will then move to secure the letting and the deposit. At this stage, we request tenant photo ID, PPS Numbers, bank, landlord and employer references which are all verbally verified.
